2:12 pm	Pressing questions needing answers..if there are any Just a few things that are plaguing my mind lately..seriously. ;) 1) Why is abbreviation such a long word? 2) What was the best thing -before- sliced bread? 3) We know the speed of light..what is the speed of dark? 4) Why isn't phonetic spelled like it sounds? 5) What's another word for synonym? 6)Have you ever imagined a world with no hypothetical questions? anyways..I have been wondering about all of the above..let me know what you think. 3:25 pm	In the beginning God created..err..something but it SO wasn't Live Journals.. :) Ok..transferred my journal to this here journal thing at the suggestion of someone who will remain nameless *coughsmattcoughs* ENJOY!!! How in the world do those women with the looooong, curved nails function? I mean it's -gross-. Ever seen them? How do they work? oh wait, they prolly don't. This woman came to the office today, dressed to the hilt..all Tommy Hilfiger and such and her nails..~shivers~ and of course..SURPRISE!! On welfare..god I hate that. I see it day in and day out. My doctor had the nerve to say that this is "My boy Kerry's plans." heh. Democrats and the radical left wing may think these people should be handed these things on a platter, but not -every- democrat thinks that way. I sure don't. I can't stand it. I mean, I'm poor and I have my kids covered by the "state" insurance, but damnit I work and I work hard. (Even if I blog at work sometimes, but yanno..we won't talk about that now. :) )) Anywho..I work and I put into the system what I take out. Tax money-wise. We have so many patients like that. The "poor" and the "immigrants" who come here, promptly go on welfare and want us to spoon feed them thier medicine and get -pissed- when something isn't covered or we can't see them at the drop of a hat for the umpteenth time this week for the same fuckin problem. uggh. It irks me to no end. Get a freakin life people!!! /rant off. list of things that bug me.. People. All people. Well not all but most. Sick people. People who -aren't- sick, but think they are. Children. Sick children. Parents of children who aren't sick, but they think they are. Old people. Sick old people. oh, in that vein..if I ever get old and my whole life revolves around taking out the trash, going to the grocery store and the doctors office...-shoot- me. Please. Things that make me smile.. Pms from friends on the forum while I'm at work. Phone calls. My kids telling me I'm a cool mom. :) Late night calls when I've got the blues. Antique junk shops. Thunderstorms. NPR on my way home from work. Getting my HTML coding to work. A clean apartment. Thinking about the future. Anyways..that's it for now. (Comment on this)
